Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Aaditri Group and the customer related to flat, villa, or plot purchases. By booking or purchasing a unit, the customer agrees to abide by the following policies.


1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made within the specified time period as per company rules. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of related rights.
Payments shall be made only at the company’s authorized office. Aaditri Group is not responsible for any payments made outside the official premises.
Accepted modes of payment include RTGS, NEFT, UPI, Credit Card, and Demand Draft only.


2. Receipts and Documentation

Customers are responsible for collecting the original company-issued receipt for every payment made. Aaditri Group is not liable for loss of receipts or unverified payments.


3. Pricing and Changes

Any changes in flat size, price, or other details are subject to company regulations and prevailing market conditions. The company reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.


4. Discounts and Offers

No discount offers, gifts, or promotional schemes are applicable on official pricing unless communicated in writing by the management.


5. Resale and NOC Policy

Once a flat is purchased, the customer is not permitted to resell it without obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Aaditri Group.
A resale or name change charge of 3% on the total sale value will apply. Resale or transfer without NOC is strictly prohibited.


6. Additional Charges

The amount paid by the customer covers only the flat cost.
Charges for amenities, facing/corner units, FRC, infrastructure, lake or park view, road facing, maintenance, GST, and registration are additional and applicable as per company policy.


7. NOC (No Objection Certificate)

NOC will be issued only after full payment of the purchased unit and completion of title transfer to the customer’s name.


8. Card and Transaction Charges

For payments made via credit or debit cards, applicable bank transaction fees will be borne by the customer.


9. Name Addition / Correction

If any name additions or changes are requested, the first applicant will remain eligible for loan process verification as per bank norms.


10. Booking Confirmation

If the customer is not physically present at the time of booking, confirmation through WhatsApp or Gmail must be provided within 7 days.
Failing to do so will result in the booking being treated as a temporary application valid only for 7 days.


11. Cancellation and Refund

All cancellations are subject to the company’s refund policy. A 10% deduction from the total flat sale value will apply as cancellation charges. Refunds will be processed only after compliance verification.


12. Development Activity

Development work on adjoining lands or infrastructure related to the project may continue even after possession, as per the company’s development schedule.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By signing or confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions of Aaditri Group and acknowledges full understanding of the policies.


14. Construction Site Policy

Customers are not allowed to enter the construction site before obtaining an official NOC from the company.
Internal flat modifications or alterations are strictly not permitted.



Aaditri Group reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
