Job Role: Front Office Manager
Job Description:

1.Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens٫
forms and informative leaflets.

  1. Ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
  2. Handling complaints and specific customers’ requests.
  3. Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies.
  4. Organizing office budget.
  5. Managing records of office expenses and costs.
  6. Overseeing the compliance with company’s policies and security requirements.
  7. Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
  8. Monitor all V.I.P ‘s special guests and requests.
  9. Perform other duties as requested by management.
    Front Office Manager requirements:
  10. 3+ years’ experience of working on a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist.
  11. Profound experience in customer service٫ office management and basic housekeeping
  12. Good experience with office machines (such as fax machines and printers).
  13. Good practical knowledge of MS Office.
  14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  15. Good organizational٫ multitasking and problem-solving skills.
