Job Description:
Must have good exposure in client Management.
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
Build a strong relationship / trust with associates by understanding the company requirements.
Recruiting associates and achieve the targeted closures, set quality parameters.
Explaining the sales features in detail and how to get the Benefits.
Coordinating with associates and share it with the internal team.
Strictly adhere to the process requirements.
solving questions in regard to the associate queries provided by the company.
Cold calling experience.

Desired Qualification (For BDE):
Education: Graduation in any stream.
Experience: Min 1 year into Marketing and sales.
