Designation: Project Sales Head
Job description
- Recruit & Manage team of Associates for achievement of sales targets.
- Conducting meetings on weekly basis with associates regarding our projects.
- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets
- Manage the entire sales life cycle including prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiation, and closure in respective sites.
- Builds strong interpersonal skills within and across teams.
Requirements -:
- Preferably graduate with sales experience ranging from 6- 10 years.
- High levels of passion and ownership toward their work
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain flexibility as per business requirement.
