PROJECT SALES HEAD

Designation: Project Sales Head
Job description:
* Recruit & Manage team of Associates for achievement of sales targets.
* Conducting meetings on weekly basis with associates regarding our projects.
* Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer
preference and drive sales volume.
* Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of
projected sales targets
* Manage the entire sales life cycle including prospecting, pitching, offering,
negotiation, and closure in respective sites.
* Builds strong interpersonal skills within and across teams.

Requirements -:
* Preferably graduate with sales experience ranging from 6- 10 years.
* High levels of passion and ownership toward their work
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team combined with exceptional
interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain flexibility as per business requirement.
